9. Is it healthier to bake or fry foods? Why? It is healthier to bake your foods because when you fry your foods it I s fried in oils which are not good for the body.

10. Why are refined grains not as “healthy” as whole grains? Refined grains are milled which removes both the bran and germ from a grain. Refining also removes the nutrients, to include fiber from a grain.
